NDIS funding
Whether your plan is self-managed, plan-managed or agency-managed, the paperwork side is on us.
You receive an invoice after each session and pay it directly, then claim the amount back through the myplace participant portal. We provide itemised invoices with the correct NDIS support item numbers so claims go through first time.
We invoice your plan manager directly — you don't handle payments at all. We just need your plan manager's billing email, your NDIS number and plan dates before the first session.
If your plan is agency-managed, we can discuss whether a self-managed or plan-managed arrangement might work, or support you to find a registered provider who can claim directly through the NDIS portal.
Usually Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living (Therapeutic Supports). Some children also use Improved Health and Wellbeing for exercise programs.
No referral is needed for NDIS or privately funded sessions. A referral is only required if you plan to claim a Medicare Chronic Disease Management item.
A 60-minute assessment with you and your child: history, movement screen, play observation and goal setting. You receive a short written plan afterwards.
Yes. Progress reports and functional capacity input are prepared ahead of review dates, and can be sent straight to your support coordinator.
That's completely normal. We adapt, coach you through strategies, and use the time to build trust — no session is wasted.
Please give 48 hours where possible. Short-notice cancellations may be charged in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
