The Health Blueprint Exercise Physiology

About

Isaac McCrimmonIsaac McCrimmon

ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist and founder of The Health Blueprint — clinically grounded, community-minded, and genuinely focused on what matters to each family.

Isaac McCrimmon founded The Health Blueprint in Noosa in 2018 with a simple belief: movement therapy should fit real life — not the other way around. With a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Deakin University and full ESSA accreditation, he has spent more than seven years supporting NDIS participants, young athletes, and people recovering from injury to move with more confidence, strength and independence. The clinic is based in Noosa Heads, Queensland, with mobile and community visits across the wider Noosa and Sunshine Coast region.

His approach blends clinical exercise prescription with the things kids and young people actually care about: keeping up in the playground, learning to ride a bike, building the stamina for a full school day, or getting back to sport after an injury. Parents and support coordinators are kept in the loop every step of the way, with clear goals, practical home activities and reports that make claiming straightforward.

A standout chapter of Isaac’s work was the co-development of the Collective Therapy Exercise Physiology program alongside Sunshine Butterflies, a Noosa-based disability charity. The program brought exercise, community and coaching together to improve quality of life for people living with disabilities — work that still shapes how The Health Blueprint thinks about family-centred care today.
